The App does NOT collect, upload, or transmit any of your data. All information remains on your device:

  • Transaction amounts
  • Transaction dates
  • Transaction categories
  • Optional notes
  • Initial balance settings
  • Kill line (safety line) thresholds
  • Daily spending limits

We do NOT:

  • Track your location
  • Access your contacts
  • Collect your financial records
  • Access your bank accounts
  • Collect any personally identifiable information (PII)
  • Collect any device identifiers
  • Upload any data to cloud servers

2. Data Usage

All data stored in the App is used SOLELY for the following purposes:

  • Displaying your current balance
  • Tracking your transaction history
  • Calculating spending analytics
  • Providing kill line (balance threshold) alerts
  • Managing daily spending limits
  • Exporting data for your personal records

We do NOT use your data for:

  • Any commercial analytics
  • Credit or loan eligibility assessments
  • Marketing purposes
  • Selling to third parties

3. Data Storage

All data is stored LOCALLY on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This means:

  • Your data NEVER leaves your device except as described below
  • Your data is NEVER transmitted to any external servers
  • Your data is NEVER shared with third parties
  • Your data is protected by Apple's device security features
  • When you delete the App, all data is permanently deleted from your device

iCloud Sync (VIP Feature):

  • Only VIP members can enable iCloud sync
  • Data is synchronized to YOUR PERSONAL iCloud account ONLY
  • No one can access your iCloud data except you
  • We cannot view your data in iCloud
  • Sync uses Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure

We do not maintain, access, or have any capability to view, modify, or delete your data stored on your device or in iCloud.

4. Data Sharing

The App does NOT share your data with any third parties, including:

  • Data brokers
  • Analytics providers
  • Financial institutions
  • Government entities
  • Any other organizations

We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or otherwise monetize your data in any form.

5. Financial Disclaimer

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE:

Kill.Line is a personal finance tracking application ONLY. The App is NOT a bank, financial institution, or money services business. The App does NOT:

  • Hold or custody any funds
  • Process financial transactions
  • Provide investment advice
  • Offer money transmission services
  • Connect to any bank accounts or payment processors

All financial transactions recorded in the App are manual entries provided by YOU for personal record-keeping purposes only. The App has NO knowledge of, access to, or involvement in any actual financial transactions you may conduct in the real world, including but not limited to:

  • Credit card purchases
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash transactions
  • Digital payments
  • Any other financial activities

The App is NOT responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, any actual financial decisions, transactions, losses, or consequences that may result from your use of the App. Any financial information displayed in the App is based solely on data YOU input and is NOT verified or guaranteed for accuracy by the App or its developers.
